All the things that I love about you…
(Well, actually these are just some because it is humanly impossible to name all of the wonderful things about you.)
You are beautiful. Though it is true you are attractive to the eye, it is not what truly captivates the people around you. You have an air about you that radiates joy. When one looks at your eyes, they see right to your soul. They see your heart.
You make others smile. Sometimes, yes, you make jokes. People laugh. I believe there is far more to you. It is your very presence that puts those around you at ease. It is your gentle spirit that encourages others to let down their guard, and be real with you. With you, people are peaceful, and happy. As their hearts open, there always emerges a smile.
You radiate Love. Your sensitivity to the Lord and his will are very well evident. Your life bears the fruit of a vine truly connected to the tree of life. His Holiness glows around you like a roaring fire.
You have the heart of a servant. You give more than all of you to the people around you. Your hearts desire is to please the Lord, and we see it in the way you reach out to his people.
You are a true friend. You have impacted my life. You have taught me the meaning of a steadfast spirit. You have encouraged me to grow- no matter what the cost. You have listened. You have been patient with my weakness. You have seen me at my worst, and you still love me.
I adore you. You are a gift. In times of loneliness, be encouraged. Remember that the lord is using you. Even if you can’t see it, I can.
Though I can’t promise I will never hurt your feelings, I can promise that I will always love you, and I will always be your friend.
